I would like to start by saying I was not paid or offered any incentives for writing this review. I would like to shoutout J’s Sound Shop. I’m very selective about who I let work on my vehicles, and I can confidently say that Luis and his team did an excellent job installing a full sound system on my ‘94 two-door Blazer, which is in mint original condition. Before choosing them, I visited several professional shops for quotes and ideas, and honestly J’s Sound stood out as the best choice. While their pricing may not be the cheapest, you can tell the quality is there — and like they say, you get what you pay for. I’m also big on customer service, especially since it’s hard to find nowadays. Luis treated me with respect the whole time. I never felt pressured into additional purchases or upgrades. He threw out ideas and was patient with me as I processed my options on what I wanted. I did let him know that they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but what sold me was their attention to customer care, detail, and knowledge. Most people only leave reviews when they have bad experiences, but I think a smooth, professional, positive experience deserves recognition too. So, if you are particular about your vehicles and want to upgrade your sounds, definitely hit them up. You won’t be disappointed. As the saying goes: cheap isn’t good, and good isn’t cheap

A+ Service . I walked in with many questions . The entire staff is very knowledgeable . I dealt with CHUCK , his experience was greatly appreciated . He advised me on many possible outcomes with regards to entire Audio system setup and install . We finally decided on a final . I was looking for an install with just enough bass to hear my variety of music. Turns out that I had more than what I expected. Since I was sticking to factory navigation unit . The equipment suggested made all the difference, clean with no distortion , and To further exceed my expectations they use proper equipment to set your Audio the proper way. I've been going here for years...great service. Even if nimble not getting a service and jus need some advice or anything and i call them .they are always happy to assist. And teach me a few things. No matter who you talk to they are going to treat you like family and make sure u are satisfied

Very friendly and fast service. Took my car in to get remote start and by time we got back and sat down a minute they were done. And the work was perfect.

Excellent place to get sound system, alarms, rims etc. Got an Compustar alarm installed on my 2018 Camaro and left happy. Service is top tier they will help you and explain to you everything you need to know. Highly recommend💯💯💯

Great experience with Js Sound shop they replaced my 2019 Ford explorer car horn quickly and everyone was polite and professional!!

Had quality service just by them answering my call and helping me resolve my problem, they didnt try to up sell me but helped me pair an old remote to my alarm. When I do need to purchase a new alarm I will surely do it from here.
